Mountain Water and Solution Aid REC Outdoor – 16 hours [2 Days]

The Rescue and Emergency Care (REC) 16 hour Outdoor First Aid course has been specifically designed for anyone who spends a great deal of time playing or working in the outdoors, whether this be a full-time profession or as a hobby.

No matter how much we prepare, things can and do still go wrong. Attending one of our outdoor first aid courses will give you the knowledge and skills to be able to provide that little piece of help that could just save someone’s life.

At Solution Aid we deliver our courses in a modular way. Day one of this course follows the syllabus for the REC  eight hour outdoor first aid syllabus. Day two of this course covers practical interactive scenarios and helps participants to develop incident management skills. This course can be tailored to urban or rural environments dependant on the requirements of the course cohort.

The course is designed to meet and cover the needs of most of the National Governing Bodies for their coaching, instructor and leadership awards (E.g. Mountain Training, National Caving Association, British Canoeing, Royal Yachting Association, British Orienteering Federation etc)
