Scrambling is a combination of single pitch rock-climbing and fell walking. It involves ongoing small climbs up a steep ascent and although it is not clinging on to sheer rock faces with just your fingertips, you are roped up with a harness & helmet for safety.
The beauty of this adventure is that it allows you access to areas beyond the casual hill-walker’s reach. Up there among truly impressive scenery, your journey will take you up thousands of feet to a stunning view across the Lakeland fells or the mountain views on Snowdonia and will give you a real sense of achievement.
All safety equipment is provided and lead by a qualified instructor. A detailed itinerary will be provided prior to the visit.
Further course details will be provided once booked onto the course.
