REC Outdoor Emergency Action – 1 Day Course
This is a basic lifesaving course designed to provide practical hands on training to develop techniques and a systematic approach to First Aid. It is Module 1 of the REC modular approach to First Aid. This course covers the requirements of the HSE ‘Appointed Person’ in the workplace.
REC Outdoor Emergency – 2 Day Course
Module 2 of the REC approach covers Outdoor Emergency Action on day 1 and offers a supplementary day that covers practical interactive scenarios and helps develop incident management skills. This course can be geared towards urban or rural environments.
The course is also designed to cover the needs of the following National Governing Bodies for their instructor awards. (ML, SPA, NCA, BCU, RYA, BOF, MIA, MIC.)
AoFAQ Level 2 Activity First Aid (QCF).
The AoFAQ Level 2 Award in Activity First Aid (QCF) is a training course which is designed for those who are involved in the outdoor and activity based environments that require a first aid qualification in addition to providing the knowledge and skills to operate in these different and often challenging environments.
The course is also designed to cover the needs of the following National Governing Bodies for their instructor awards. (ML, SPA, NCA, BCU, RYA, BOF, MIA, MIC etc)
